MVW Earns 13 ARDA Awards at Annual Spring Conference, Including ACE Employee of the Year

Each year at its annual spring conference, ARDA recognizes groups and individuals within the vacation ownership industry who exhibit professional excellence and/or have achieved significant accomplishments across several categories, also offering ARDA Circle of Excellence (ACE) awards for those who have attained the highest level of excellence in the resort industry.
This year, Marriott Vacations Worldwide is proud to congratulate the Company’s Vice President of Registration and Government Affairs Jeannette Greene for receiving the ACE Employee of the Year award. In her 10 years at MVW, Greene has exemplified exceptional leadership, managing the registration of MVW’s branded vacation ownership products across several regions and overseeing the Company’s robust legislative tracking process.

- Marketing Program: The Marriott Vacation Clubs Instant Account Program for a strategic alliance that integrates credit features, loyalty program benefits, and immediate access to funds from a customer’s credit line.
- New Products: Hyatt BEYOND for a new Hyatt Vacation Club program allowing owners to easily and efficiently book diverse travel experiences using timeshare currency.
- Owner/Customer Relations Team: Owner Education Team for developing an innovative Hyatt Vacation Ownership program to educate new and existing Owners via personalized virtual sessions.
- Resort Department Manager: Jeremy Lounsberry, for exemplary leadership in Food & Beverage, his care of Owners, guests, and associates during Hurricane Milton, and improving team engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency at Marriott’s Grande Vista in Orlando, Florida.
- Maintenance Team Member: Jim Neuman for going above and beyond to train associates, reorganize supply management for efficiency, and demonstrate outstanding leadership during Hurricane Milton at Marriott’s Crystal Shores in Marco Island.
- Housekeeping Team Member: Maria Balmaceda for exceptional dedication and service at Marriott’s Villas at Doral in Miami to improve the Owner and guest experience.
- Newsletter: MVW Unpacked for an innovative approach to delivering important news and announcements to 22,000 global associates, significantly improving engagement and readership.
- Owner/Guest/Customer Engagement or Communications Campaign: Owner Ambassador Influencer Campaign for a unique marketing partnership with a Marriott Vacation Club Owner to produce authentic, engaging content and targeted campaigns.
- Interior Design: Marriott Vacation Club, Waikīkī for its detailed design and craftsmanship that blends modern design with authentic Hawaiian cultural elements.
- Refurbishment: Unit, Marriott Vacation Club at The Mayflower for the meticulous renovation of a 99-year-old iconic building, transforming 71 suites with a blend of historic elegance and modern convenience.
- Refurbishment: Common Area: Sheraton Broadway Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, for renovating its lobby into a warm and welcoming area with modern design, several seating areas, an express marketplace, and a cohesive concept that extends to the check-in lounge and sales gallery.
- Sales Center: Hyatt Vacation Club at Piñon Pointe for renovating its sales gallery to improve efficiency and exude excellence, allowing for a relaxing sales experience overlooking the stunning Sedona views.
